Fitness Goal

My baby girl is currently 5 months old. From giving birth till now, I did not manage my diet well and my weight maintains at 65kg. I know, sometimes in fitness weight doesn't tell it all.

So now I have decided to lead healthier lifestyle and work out like when I was used to be a dancer.

I have some achievements though:
a. Quit Drinking Coke and Sugary drinks
b. Drink more water

And also working on my impossibles:

a. Low Carbo intake ( love Pasta, but not too much)
b. More Greens!
c. Work out!

And No excuses!
